The Fast-Track Academy is our flagship after-school and nonprofit reading acceleration program for students in grades K-12. Designed for organizations that want a proven, fully-managed reading enrichment solution, Fast-Track delivers a structured, standards-aligned literacy instruction in small-group format with our specialist in the room. 

Unlike digital platforms that rely on animated characters and screen time, Fast-Track is powered by something no app can replicate: genuine relationships. Our certified instructors know their students by name, by strength, and by struggle. That relationship is what moves the needle forward.

Our structured Literacy Intervention program is designed for students who are falling behind and for the schools and organizations that want to help them catch up. Tiered to meet different levels of need, our program uses ongoing data analysis to customize instruction and track every student's growth. 

Many organizations recognize the need for reading intervention but lack the expertise, staffing, or infrastructure to implement it effectively. We package everything together (assessment, curriculum, instruction, and reporting) to help your student(s) learn with ease. 

Tier 1 - Foundations (8 Weeks) 

Ideal for students who are 1-2 years behind in reading. Students meet up to two times per week in small groups of 12 or less to receive targeted phonics and comprehension instruction. 

Tier 2 - Intermediate (12 Weeks) 

Our Intermediate tier provides deeper assistance throughout 12 weeks of structured support divided into two phases: 9 core weeks followed by 3 consolidated weeks. This timeline fits naturally into the September through November instructional window, giving students meaningful progress before the semester closes. 

Tier 3 - Intensive (16-20 Weeks, Full Semester)

This is our most comprehensive intervention, running August through December and built around school calendars. Students meet 3-4 times per week, with two of those sessions held virtually, for intensive and individualized reading instruction. Throughout the semester, our data platform continuously analyzes assessment scores so we can refine each student’s learning plan in real time.

Reading doesn't stop at the classroom door, and neither does our work. The Science of Reading at Home is an in-person evening workshop that gives parents and caregivers the same research-backed tools and strategies certified literacy specialists rely on every day. In this session, parents and caregivers walk away understanding how reading actually works and how to support it at home in ways that are practical, effective, and grounded in science.
